WINE-MAKING AND AGEING
Using the traditional (champenoise) method, it is fermented for a second time in the bottle and later matured for 12 months in the cellar.
Attractive, pale yellow colour with constant, delicate, fine bubbles.
On the nose, the intense fruity aromas stand out with floral tones that denote youth.
In the mouth, it is intense, fruity and lingering.
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal for accompanying a wide diversity of snacks, main meals or desserts. Optimum serving temperature: 4°C-8°C.
Bottle pressure: 6 ATM – Alcohol content: 11.5 (% vol.) – Total acidity (T.A.): 6 g/l – Total sugars: 17 g/l.
