The art of wine-making, or wine become Art. A "Gran Reserva" is the culmination of all
the wine-making arts, the sublimation of all its processes:
from the selection of the best wines, forming the indispensable base, to the most painstaking
and balanced coupage. And, above all, only the slow passing of hours, days, months,
in oak barrels and then the process of settling
and maturing in bottles can give it that exceptional bouquet.
For this reason, when we uncork a bottle of Gran Reserva, we are also opening a little bit of history.
