Macabeo, Grenache and Parellada. Production: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Temperature of fermentation: 18°C. Period of fermentation: 10
days. The wine has a bright, golden-yellow
color. Fruity and floral bouquet with
character and personality. Smooth and lively on
the palate, magnificently balanced. Should be served at: 7-9°C.

MASIA OLIVEDA Rose Wine
Denomination of origin: Catalunya
Grape Varieties: Cariñena, Grenache and
Cabernet Sauvignon. Production: Maceration
of the grapes for several hours. Temperature of fermentation: 18°C. Period of fermentation:
25 days. The intense rose coloring is beautiful, a characteristic trait of wines from this
privileged rose production area. Fruity, strawberry
undertones with the slightest nuances of raspberry
and peach. On the palate, it is refined, lively
and elegant. Body and acidity are perfectly balanced.
Should
be served at: 7-9°C.

MASIA OLIVEDA Vi Negre
Denomination of
origin: Catalunya Grape Varieties:
Tempranillo, Grenache
and Syrah. Production: Fermentation in stainless steel
tanks. Temperature
of fermentation: 22°C. Period
of fermentation: 22 days. Vivid cherry red color, characteristic of
the predominant grape variety. Fruity, mild in
tannin, and with a touch of vanilla. Full
and balanced with a good finish. Should be served at: 15 to 17°C.

MASIA OLIVEDA Vintage Red Wine
Denomination of origin: Catalunya Grape Varieties:
Tempranillo, Grenache and Syrah. Production: Fermentation
in stainles steel tanks at 26°C for 25 days. Maceration of the grapes for 35 days and
controlled aging in American (Missouri) and French
(Allié) oak casks. The color is that of
sweet black cherries, reminiscent of rubies. Fresh aroma of wild fruit (red currant, blackberry),
spices (pepper) and vanilla (imparted by the oak
during aging). Should be served at: 16°C.

Variety of French origin. We
have elaborated this single-varietal by developing
its own characteristics. A wine defined by its
deep red colour, penetrating aroma of violets and berries and the vigorous tannins.

Variety of French origin. Its
wines are characterised by their yellowed colour and medium intensity. Fruity, citric
and banana aroma, balanced, full, tasty flavour. Long lasting after-taste.

Variety of French
origin. Very early
and well adapted to
warmer climates. It
is single-varietal with a dark, bluish
colour, developing complex, fruity
aromas (dark berries). It
is characterised by its sweet, flavoursome
tannins, which produce
elegant, full-bodied
wines.
