When the basis of a wine is formed by must from the finest local grape varieties,
be they Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Garnatxa, Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot,
the wine-making process holds no other secret than that of making a careful,
accurate balance between the different flavours of the wine and those of the oak. And, above all, time.
A long period of darkness and silence in the cellars in complete and absolute repose
within barrels of French oak. The result is something special, unique.
