and French (Allier) oak.
Black cherry colour with ruby tints. Fresh aromas of wild fruit (currants, blackberries),
spices (pepper) and vanilla (from the ageing).
Serving temperature 15º-17ºC.

with notes from its oak ageing. Vigorous tannins with an elegant finish.

Very early variety, well adapted to warm climates, produced as a rosé.
Intense raspberry colour, aromas of red stone fruit and a touch of petals.
Flavoursome in the mouth with a finish of wild strawberries, fine bitter
