Tempranillo, Garnatxa, Syrah.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a temperature of 26ºC for 25 days. Macerated for 35 days and aged in American(Missouri) and French (Allier) oak.

Black cherry colour with ruby tints. Fresh aromas of wild fruit (currants, blackberries), spices (pepper) and vanilla (from the ageing).

Serving temperature 15º-17ºC.

Macabeo, Garnacha (Grenache) and Parellada.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation temperature 18ºC. Fermentation period 10 days.

Wine with a bright yellow-gold hue. Floral and fruit aromas with character and personality. Smooth and zingy on the palate, with outstanding balance.

Serving temperature 7º - 9ºC

Masia Oliveda >> ROSAT

Cariñena (Carignan), Garnacha (Grenache), Cabernet Sauvignon.

Macerated for several hours. Fermentation temperature 18ºC. Fermentation period 25 days.

Lovely intense pink hue, the hallmark of an exceptional area for rosé wines. Fruity notes (strawberry), with very fine nuances of raspberry and peach. Fine, lively and elegant on the palate. Perfect balance between body and acidity.

Masia Oliveda >> NEGRE

Tempranillo, Garnacha (Grenache), Syrah.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation temperature 22ºC. Fermentation period 22 days.

Vivid cherry-red colour, typical of the predominant variety. Fruity and slightly tannic with vanilla touches. Full and balanced with a good finish.

Masia Oliveda >> MERLOT CRIANÇA

Merlot

Aged 6 months in oak butts.

Dark bluish in colour, it develops complex, fruity aromas (black fruit). Characterised above all by its sweet and flavourful tannins, giving rise to elegant wines with body.

100% Chardonnay

Fermented at a controlled temperature of 18º-20º.

This wine is characterised by its medium-intense yellow colour, fruity aromas of citrus, banana and pineapple and balanced, voluminous and flovourful palace. persistent finish.

Serving temperature 6º-8ºC.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged 6 months in oak butts.

Very intense colour, penetrating aroma of violets and berries, with notes from its oak ageing. Vigorous tannins with an elegant finish.

100% Merlot

Very early variety, well adapted to warm climates, produced as a rosé.

Intense raspberry colour, aromas of red stone fruit and a touch of petals. Flavoursome in the mouth with a finish of wild strawberries, fine bitter notes and touches of citrus.
