Garnacha (Grenache), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Fermented at a controlled temperature (25º-28ºC).
Macerated for 25 days. Aged for 24 months in French
oak butts, then in the bottle.
Cherry-red colour with a brick-red tint. Candied and balsamic
aromas against a mineral background, well integrated, with a
certain complexity. Expressive palate, chewy and flavourful,
with fruity tannins.
Serving temperature 18ºC. We recommend opening the bottle half an hour before serving.
Cariñena (Carignan)
Fermented at a controlled temperature (25º-28ºC).
Macerated for 25 days. Aged for 12 months in new French and Hungarian oak butts,
then in the bottle.
Black cherry colour with a brick-red edge. Aromas typical of a rustic variety aged
in oak. On the palate, the complexity of its well-structured and flavoursome tannins stands out.
Serving temperature 15º - 17ºC
