PRODUCTION AND AGING
Fermented at controlled temperature before ageing in the tank on the finest lees to enhance its body, structure and aroma in the mouth and retain the freshness and personality of this Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright and pale yellow with greenish-yellow highlights.
Intense varietal aroma with a wide range of tropical fruits. Complex notes thanks to prolonged contact with the lees.
Subtle in the mouth with a smooth, wide and unctuous feel. Fresh acidity. A lingering finish with an intense aroma.
Serving temperature 7°-9°C.
This wine pairs well with asparagus, artichokes, prawns, grilled fish, fish in sauce and seafood rice dishes.
