cavas, extraordinary and unique. These cavas are the most sophisticated of our
wines. Must from
Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, along with, now, Chardonnay, are fermented in the bottle itself, which will see them transformed into light, elegant and exquisitely aromatic cavas.
